R.T. Edwards has been servicing the commercial and building industries with wholesale appliances since 1931. You can trust the R.T. We offer industry-leading service in the specification and supply of appliances for residential apartments, new homes, renovations, aged care, education and childcare, commercial interior fit-outs, hotels and mining accommodation, and government projects.
In 2020 R.T. Edwards became part of BSR Group, Australia’s largest independent home appliance and furniture retailer group. As part of BSR Group R.T. Edwards Commercial has expanded now have over 200 distribution centres across Australia, giving the ability to service the commercial and building industry nation-wide.

Graeme Cunningham MAICD
NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Graeme joined the BSR Group in November 2010 as Chief Executive Officer and led the group as CEO for 12 years until June 2022. He was appointed a Director of all BSR Group entities in 2021 and served as Executive Chairman from May 2024. Graeme has been the BSR Group’s Non-Executive Chairman since January 2026. Graeme has over 50 years’ experience in the electrical appliance industry having held senior management positions at Sharp Corporation, Southcorp Appliances and LG. Graeme is a Director of the National Associated Retail Traders of Australia (NARTA) and is Chair of the BSR Group’s Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Graeme is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dominic McClelland MAICD
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
Dominic was a founding Director of BSR Australia Ltd and its subsidiaries and has served as Deputy Chairman since 2007. He has more than 40 years’ experience in electrical retailing, operating the Betta Home Living store in Batemans Bay, NSW from 1989 until December 2022, and the Betta Home Living store in Ulladulla, NSW from 1998 until 2015. Dominic is a former Director of Banksia Villages Ltd, a not-for-profit provider of residential and home-based aged care, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Carolyn Parker MBA, GDipStratLead, GAICD
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Carolyn was appointed an independent Non-Executive Director of the BSR Group entities in June 2022 and serves as Chair of the BSR Group’s Audit and Risk Committee. Carolyn is a retail specialist with over 30 years’ management experience. She previously held senior executive roles at David Jones and has since formed her own retail company. Carolyn is a Non-Executive Director of Northern Rivers Housing, Regional Development Australia Northern Rivers NSW and National Trust Australia Queensland. Carolyn has a Master of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Glenn Cain MAICD
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Glenn has been a Director of BSR Australia Ltd since 2007 and also serves as a Director of its subsidiaries. Glenn has been involved in the operation of Betta Home Living Lismore, NSW and Chandlers Betta Home Living Casino, NSW since 2000. Glenn has 40 years’ experience in the retail electrical industry and has been retailing furniture since 1993. He and his family have been involved with the Betta brand for 32 years. Glenn served as inaugural Chair of the BSR Group’s Audit and Risk Committee until 2022 and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Karen Hope EMBA (UTS), Ass.Dip Accounting, Cert. Accounting, GAICD
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Karen was appointed an independent Non-Executive Director of the BSR Group entities in September 2024. Karen has over 25 years’ experience as a C-suite executive in consumer-driven businesses. Most recently, she held the position of VP and Managing Director, ANZ of Newell Brands (US listed owner of global brands including Sunbeam) until January 2024. Prior to this, she held senior executive positions at the Apparel Group and Barbeques Galore. Karen is a Member of the Finance Council for the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney and a Non-Executive Director for Southern Cross Care (NSW/ACT). Karen has an Executive MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mike Putt
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mike joined the BSR Group in January 2025 and was appointed an Executive Director of the BSR Group entities in November 2025. Mike brings more than 45 years’ experience in the appliance and consumer electronics industry. Prior to joining the BSR Group, Mike served as Managing Director of Electrolux Home Appliances Australia and New Zealand and was a member of the Electrolux Asia Pacific Leadership Team. He has also held the position of Director of the National Associated Retail Traders of Australia (NARTA).
